Blues, a high-value restaurant destination in the Channel Islands, developed a new site in the historic centre of St Helier on the island of Jersey. We designed and implemented a completely new retail brand identity for both the brasserie-bar-café offer at ground level and the fine dining room on the first floor. As well as advising on the interior design of the internal spaces and fixturing, we created an internal design concept that used large-scale fine art pieces for brand positioning. As well as enriching the consumer experience, these works of art helped to delineate different parts of the offer and contributed to the atmosphere of defined consumer areas and transition spaces.
